As a Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role for our clients Finance team, focusing on pre-billing, billing, client reporting, and administration. This is a full-time contract position, starting as soon as possible and extending through to June 2025, with a view to go permanent.The responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of invoicing, including write-offs, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
- Monitoring quality and authorisation compliance of bills as presented for posting
- Assist Partners and Practice Administrators with billing queries and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to address e-billing issues and find resolutions.
- Previous experience within a similar Billing role
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high volume transactions with accuracy and diligence.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
- Experience with Aderant Expert system & e-billing portals is an advantage
