The primary purpose of the role is to effectively develop, plan and coordinate mechanical activities associated with the longwall process to ensure the availability, reliability and performance necessary to meet or exceed production targets. This role will determine and organise parts, equipment and labour in conjunction with the operations team, to ensure that weekly plans are executed effectively.
