My Support My Way is a registered NDIS service provider in South Australia and Victoria. MSMW provides support to the individuals those who have multiple disability (Mental Health/ Challenging behaviour/ emotional regulation in common) we focus on holistic model of care and skill development. MSMW will work with individual to setup tailor support when and how the individual would like them to deliver.
Job description and Responsibilities:
Regular coordination with External consultants to review, update, and ensure alignment of organizational policies and procedures with NDIS Commission standards (up to date).
- Monitor compliance with NDIS Commission requirements, guidelines, and standards. (successful implementation of the policies within the organization)
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits and inspections to assess compliance health.
- Maintain accurate records related to compliance activities and regulatory documentation, such as all the organization registers, etc.
- Provide training on NDIS Commission requirements and policies to staff and stakeholders.
- Oversee reporting and investigation of incidents following NDIS Commission guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
- Develop and maintain necessary compliance documents, including risk assessments and emergency plans.
- Maintain open communication with NDIS Commission officials, participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans and procedures.
- Ensure the protection of participant privacy and confidential information.
- Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements.
- Facilitate resolution of participant and stakeholder complaints related to compliance matters.
- Stay informed about changes in NDIS Commission regulations and requirements.
- Provide regular compliance reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and ensure staff readiness for emergencies.
- Collaborate with other organizations and agencies to share best practices and coordinate compliance efforts.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance processes.
- Demonstrate understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
- Proficient use of the MSMW portal for reporting purposes.
- Form strategic partnerships with other NDIS providers.
- Record and communicate progress with management, reviewing and discussing in weekly meetings.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Australian Driving license and own car
- Current DHS (child related) Clearance Report/ NDIS Worker Screening check
- A relevant qualification in the Disability/Community Services sector
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large diverse teams
- WAGES As per the industry award.
- BENEFIT ANS OTHER PAYMENT As per requirement.

- Other operational related expenses will be reimbursed
