About Us:
In 2012, Simply Brows and Lashes blossomed into existence, sparked by the passion of Jaimee Trio. Missing the finesse of threading brow artists from her experiences in the UK and Dubai, she embarked on a journey to fill this gap. With a personal addiction to lash extensions, she envisioned a haven that combined both services. May 2012 marked the debut of her first salon, swiftly followed by another in Fitzroy by September of the same year. Jaimee journeyed to the UK to master handmade volume lashes, pioneering this technique upon her return to Australia. Augmenting her team with skilled beauticians and cosmetic tattoo artists, Simply Brows and Lashes became a hub for all things brows and lashes. Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Jaimee and Sarah Krenjus, the newly appointed Managing Director, steered the ship through six lockdowns, maintaining staff and client morale with innovative initiatives. Emerging from the tumult stronger, every member of Simply returned, a testament to their unwavering dedication to excellence and community spirit.

Offered Salary and Compensation:
Annual salary: AUS $80,000 (based on experience and performance).
Additional bonuses and perks available.
Location: 152-154 Longueville Road Lane Cove, Sydney.
Your Mission as Salon Manager:
1. Ensure unconditional client satisfaction from the moment they walk in.
2. Foster a supportive, happy team environment focused on staff well-being and
professional growth.
Managers Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 3-8 beauticians with a focus on salon growth and quality
service.
Oversee treatment quality, hygiene standards, and council compliance.
Participate in management meetings, manage rosters, and handle daily
operations.
Execute marketing initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in brows with expertise in threading and waxing.
Infection Control Certificate (HLTINF001) and First Aid Certificate required.
Previous successful management experience of at least 2 years.
Proficiency in English and basic IT skills required.
