Working with some of the biggest beauty Brands in the world, Jocelyn Petroni is known for providing bespoke, state-of-the-art facials, manicures and pedicures, which leads to our salon often featuring in world-renowned online, print and digital publications creating a lot of hype and attention.
Your RoleAs Jocelyn Petroni goes through a period of exciting transformation, we are seeking a Salon Operations Managerto join the team and take ownership of the day-to-day business operations associated with successfully running the Salon.
Business operations will revolve around managing salon budgets, sales, and services targets, while fostering a commercially minded approach. You will play a vital role in driving the salon's financial success by consistently achieving positive figures and results within a competitive industry. Your creative and entrepreneurial mindset will be instrumental in finding innovative ways to motivate and inspire the team to surpass their targets.
In addition, you will also be responsible for managing a small team of skilled Beauty Therapists and Nail Technicians. Your role will involve ensuring the team's happiness, engagement and high-performance levels through effective guidance and coaching.
As the Salon Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for handling (and delegating) reception duties and personally ensuring that every guest receives a personalised and extraordinary customer service experience.
This is a full-time role and reports directly into Jocelyn Petroni, the Salon Founding Director.
Our ideal CandidateTo be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who is passionate about all things operations and leadership. You will have a commercial mindset whilst also displaying strong people skills enabling you to lead a wonderful team to success. You will have prior experience and proven success in managing and operating a salon, as well as the eagerness to come in and continue to grow the Jocelyn Petroni business. Your customer service and attention to detail skills will sit at the heart of all that you do.
