As a Loyalty Insights & Reporting Analyst, you will be providing timely insights and reporting on the MYER one loyalty program; including program performance, customer behaviour and preferences, rewards and benefits.

About the opportunity:

• Support loyalty campaigns and experiences by delivering pre and post analytics and providing actionable insights and recommendations to define future campaign audiences and Member benefits
• Deliver insights and reporting to enable the delivery of key program events and executions
• Leverage insights to proactively identify opportunities including but not limited to improving program performance, influencing positive customer behaviour change, or increasing reward and benefit utilisation
• Develop, automate and disseminate key metric reporting for Loyalty Product, Loyalty and Retail Operations and Store Leadership teams
• Collaborate and engage with key Loyalty and business stakeholders to embed data and insights into decision making
• Lead and deliver AdHoc strategic insight deep-dives to address key business problems to influence insight led decisioning 

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in an Insight role and/or similar field
• Highly proficient in SQL and querying large relational databases
• Self-driven and experience working with minimal guidance or supervision / working independently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insight
• Ability to quickly find solutions to non-routine problems and situations
• Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Retail experience not required, but would be beneficial to the role
