THE ROLE
Reporting to a strong and nurturing leader and working in a beautiful team of high performing Client Advisors you will be responsible for:
- Exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Engaging in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across all product categories
- Providing superior customer service with strong product knowledge and relationship management
- Developing and strengthening the customer base through CRM activities, events and marketing initiatives
- Maintaining outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with FENDI guidelines
- Ensuring compliance in stock management and security procedures.
ABOUT YOU
Successful candidates should:
- Have a minimum 3 years retail sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be adaptable and willing to learn.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Have excellent personal presentation.
