Currently we are seeking to appoint a Luxury Sales Associate in Perth on a part time basis.
The Luxury Sales Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the boutique is a customer focused one, providing exceptional customer service & sales support.
Reporting to the Boutique Manager Perth, responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Working closely with all boutique staff to increase sales as a team with new and existing clients in the Perth and Australian market
· Ensure all customer experience is of an exceptional service
· Understanding the etiquette& the lifestyle of high-end clients
· Ensuring that all sales transactions are managed with the utmost of care & precision
· Ensure visual merchandising & maintenance of the boutique displays
· Ensuring maintenance of the P.O.S & CRM database
· Attend prestigious networking events, product launch events & VIP host events
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
· 3 + years luxury sales experience in a similar role ideally from a luxury brand & high-end retail background
· Exceptional customer service with proven experience in building long lasting client relationships with local & international clientele
· Strong verbal communication & interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
· Professional presentation & grooming for a luxury showroom
· Ability to work Saturdays & Sundays on a 7 day rotational roster
