Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our client's team as they open their new store.
The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for luxury watches, and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and achieving KPIs.
Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique to showcase products in the most compelling way.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and exceeding their expectations.
• Provide personalised recommendations and assistance in the selection process
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty

About You:

• Previous retail and sales experience- luxury experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Well-presented and groomed, eloquent and articulate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
