Your new role
The Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a dedicated M365 Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for configuring and implementing the M365 stack, ensuring the integrity and performance of our Azure and M365 environments, using these primary technologies:
- Windows Server
- Windows Desktop
- Applications Packager
- Rapid 7
- Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the DVA Azure and M365 environments.
- Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management within M365.
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve issues.
- Uphold and enhance security best practices for Azure and M365.
- Deliver technical support to our user base.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a proven team leader with an active NV1 clearance, as well as the following:
- Proven collaboration with Microsoft support or other vendors for critical issue resolution.
- Robust understanding of security concepts for server and end-user environments.
- Strong scripting and infrastructure automation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the 365-product suite.
