Green Light Worldwide are looking for an M365 Principal Consultantto join our Sydney delivery team. The M365 Principal Consultant will play a key role within the Modern Workplace Practice and is responsible for leading, delivering and overseeing at a high-level, enterprise modernisations on Microsoft 365 and Azure to satisfy a range of complex client requirements.
As a member of this team, the M365 Principal Consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions end to end for our customers. The M365 Principal Consultant will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services. The M365 Principal Consultant will provide guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best practice and modern technology approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a leader for technical client engagements. Drive high level design, consultation, maturity assessments and delivery for Azure Cloud & DevOps technology.
- Analyse business requirements developing project documentation including solution designs documents, recommendation reports and systems as built.
- Own and provide technical reviews on the architecture and design deliverables whilst leading engagements as an Azure SME. Partner with Project Managers to provide technical input into scheduling, estimating activities and project delivery as required.
- Manage deployment of Microsoft 365 services in mid to large scale enterprises.
- Facilitate customer workshops and presentations providing thought leadership.
- Provide technical leadership for customers Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
- Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Support Pre-sales teams in driving documentation, written requirements, and transformative direction. Interact with technical delivery, project, and sales teams respectively.
- Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects. Migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Facilitate training workshops. Develop training materials.
- Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)
- Provide governance and support to customers Microsoft 365 environments.
- Previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 Consultant.
- Experience designing, building and deploying Exchange, O365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Power Platform, Azure solutions.
- Experience running workshops.
- Ability to manage address complex business problems with M365 based solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing information architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Active NV1 Federal Security Clearance.
- Azure Virtual Desktop - highly desirable.
- Microsoft Managed Desktop - highly desirable.
