Your role:
There is huge potential in the Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain profession. After receiving national backing and growth funding from our CEO in this specialisation, we are looking for an experienced, sales-driven, white collar recruiter to join as a senior member of the team in Sydney. You can enjoy ownership over your desk, focusing on new client acquisition and retention across various industries with no restrictions.
What does your day look like?
- Establish and develop your own business development plan and acquire new relationships
- Nurture relationships with Randstad's large pool of PSA clients
- Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
- 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk with the support of experienced candidate managers
- Attend networking events and be an active member of the professional community

What we are looking for in you:
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the Procurement & Supply Chain sector or Professional Services with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
