About The Role
The Machine Learning Engineer will work broadly across the product in an agile software development process, to ensure that our AI models continue to perform well and are integrated into a cohesive product. You will work on AI models with Pytorch, build microservices with Rust, and deploy to the cloud with Kubernetes.
Software Development
- Contribute to the design and documentation of software components
- Write reliable software for production use
- Automate testing and monitoring for deployed components
- Adhere to processes and guidelines and contribute to their improvement.
Machine Learning
- Train and evaluate Machine Learning models
- Curate datasets and provide guidance to labellers
- Experiment with new methods or analyse existing methods.
Operations
- Proactively monitor deployed systems for issues
- Respond to priority issues from users
- Diagnose issues with returned hardware
- Rollout new features and updates to clients.
And have input into the overall product development, including models, software, and hardware.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years software development experience
- Bachelor of Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
