Machine Learning Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our Engineering team. You’ll work across data mining, data analytics, data visualisation and reporting, as well as programming. You’ll also be responsible for creating advanced analytics processes such as predictive and prescriptive analytics as well as other artificial intelligence techniques for our product.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing best practices, choosing and maintaining our software tools, and leading our engineering efforts, specifically with Machine Learning
- Writing code and software architecture
- Contributing to the specification and maintenance of software and Machine Learning tools.
- Apply analytics techniques including statistics and statistical modelling, programming and databases
- Identify and implementing solutions that overcome data anomalies
- Work with our Engineering team and Leaders to develops insights for decision-making
- Review and monitor models and constantly asses them to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Provide strategic input and innovation to data science initiatives that help us build the right product
- Relevant post-secondary qualification in IT or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Programming languages, ideally JavaScript and/or TypeScript, Python
- Experience building Machine Learning Pipelines, ideally within a Marketing or Martech context
- Experienced with automated pipelines and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Cloud services, specifically Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence services
- Experience building production ready statistical models and pipelines
- Experience within SaaS and web-based products
- A strong communicator who can drive collaboration within our engineering culture
- Driven, tenacious with a desire to succeed and grow within the business
