Due to internal promotion & peak production periods, they are looking for Food Production Machine Operators to join their production team located in Tanunda. As a Food Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for following strict recipes and procedures to produce high end food products.
Duties:
- Food handling, ensuring HACCP procedures are followed
- Reading scales & prepping raw ingredients
- Following strict recipes, ensuring exact amounts of products are added
- Ensuring quality of products throughout the process
- Operating machinery
- Ability to work between cold and ambient temperatures
- Sound knowledge of food handling practices
- Machine operating experience, highly advantageous
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Able to read scales and follow recipes
- Able to complete quality/traceability paperwork
