About The Role
We currently have multiple opportunities for Day Shift positions in our Blow Moulding Team at Penrith, NSW.
Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products.
The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year – receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.
This is a permanent full time position start 5AM finish 1PM, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, on going Saturday overtime available. During this role, you will be required to operate machine and blow moulding equipment, as well as monitor the process of product for supply and packaging in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Operate machines and identify faults if required
Inspect and ensure finished goods meet quality standard
Recording/ Reporting of production data – including completing downtime sheets
General housekeeping & cleaning is required to quality standard
Support Team Leader/Leading Hand with general duties
About you
Experience in blow moulding or Uniloy machines in a manufacturing environment (Preferred) Being able and committed working day shifts
Have a strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team effectively
Own reliable transport
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-starter, able to operate independently
