About the Role:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a pivotal role in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation of our press machines to create top-notch steel products. Your precision and technical expertise will be key in maintaining efficiency and upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up Press Machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to maintain product quality
- Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot issues during production
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Brake Press Operator - advanced user.
- Technical understanding of press machine operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting
- Forklift license required
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Availability for full-time Monday to Friday shifts with overtime flexibility
