Machine Operator Mount Wallace Victoria

We are looking for these qualities: 
● Candidate who doesn’t mind getting their hands
dirty and assisting the guys on the ground
● The person applying for this role will be required
to be hands on at times and take responsibility as
a leader when required
● Individual who takes pride in their work and
working with a small team
● Must be able to take leadership of a few labour
workers and be willing to get out of plant to assist
labour

We are specifically looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

● Multi skilled operator capable of operating
excavator
● Previous experience with operating an excavator
in dam works & wet conditions
● Great experience on the excavator and v.o.c
RIIMP0320F
● Telescopic handler experience and v.o.c
RIIHAN309F
● Skid steer experience and v.o.c RIIMP0318F
● Must have a valid v.o.c. within 3 years of
obtaining for all plant required above

key responsibilities & requirements
Variation of:
● trimming dams to a specific height
● loading trucks
● moving gear around site
● fixing haul roads
● getting out and helping the guys on the ground
during quiet times
● cutting swale drains
