About the OpportunityCurrently, we are actively seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, QLD, with offices in Ipswich, Varsity Lakes, & Fortitude Valley. We seek a motivated individual to join our team of enthusiastic engineers who enjoy taking on end-to-end projects with minimal constraints on their abilities to do so.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the engineering endeavours of MPA.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate within a dynamic team
- Conduct power systems analysis and undertake detailed design for LV power systems
- Prepare technical specifications as assigned by the General Manager
- Manage projects, ensuring document control and cost parameters are met
- Occasionally travel to project sites for extended duration if necessary
- Assist in control engineering and process control

About YouAs our Electrical Engineer, you will hold a relevant Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of postgraduate experience, and you are proficient in Electrical Engineering across Australian standards.
Additionally, you are someone who has:
- Strong emotional intelligence and autonomy in their work
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Great problem-solving skills to tackle various problems with unique solutions
