About the Role:
A permanent, full-time position has become available with additional opportunities for development, progression, and growth. A Nippy’s Machine / Plant Operator is responsible for the overall operation and hygiene control of all production machinery within the Moorook facility. With all necessary training provided for the role – you will also be trained on filling and end line equipment to operate ‘when needed’ or ‘as directed by your team leader’ to ensure production schedules are met.
About you:
The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and a proven understanding of process and production principles. You will possess a demonstrated high-level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and working to a high level of accuracy.
