Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other precision machining equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce high-quality components.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and maintain tight tolerances and quality standards throughout the machining process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and troubleshoot any issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum of four years of experience as a machinist.
✅ Knowledge in OKUMA IGF Programming is highly desirable.
✅ Proficiency in operating CNC machines and manual machining equipment
✅ Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
✅ Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
✅ Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
✅ Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
