AddressBosnar Engineering located in Wangara is a family owned business with over 30 years trading in the machining industry.
Due to the business undertaking a rapid growth stage we have just added an extra 450m2 workshop to our already impressive state of the art 3500m2 workshop and have on order 2 new state of the art CNC machines. We specialise in one offs and small batch manufacturing in various materials, including stainless steels, bronzes, titanium and duplex. Our company is currently looking for machinists to join our team.

Fanuc CNC Controlled Mill/Lathe
Heidenhain CNC Controlled Mill
Siemens CNC Controlled Vertical Borer
The successful candidate will need to possess the following qualities:
- Trade Qualification ESSENTIAL
- 3-5 years Machining experience ESSENTIAL
- Experience and competency in operating CNC & Manual Machining Centres
- Experience using Fanuc, Siemens and / or Heidenhain controls
- Manual turning / vertical borer.
- Setting, machining and programming experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to run multiple disciplines and programming language advantageous but not critical
- Ability to read, write and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and comprehend Engineering drawings
- Use measuring equipment such as Vernier’s and Micrometre’s
- Ability to understand, perform and retain various job-related training, operational and safety procedures
- Flexibility in working hours (when required)
Functions of the job include:
- Precision machining of small batch jobbing work to meet customer requirements
- Using measuring devices and techniques to ensure proper sizing’s
- Understand materials and their applications to assist in completion of the job
- Work safely at all times and abide by company requirements

Use of overhead crane and fork lift licence is preferred but not essential.
