About the Role
As a Mail Room Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of mail and document management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, distributing packages, and providing general support to the administrative team.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly;
- Preparation of documents;
- Coordinating couriers and deliveries;
- Printing/organising of briefs and documents; and
- Monitor and replenish office supplies in the Mail Room.
Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a Mail Room or similar role is preferred;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; and
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
