The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a permanent Cook/ Cold Larder at our education site in Pymble.

Roster:  Saturday 5:30-9:30, Sunday 6:00-13:30/ Upto 11 hours - Weekend Role

What This Role Involves:

• Preparing and presenting food
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
• Maintaining a clean kitchen & equipment
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
• Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working in kitchens and/or food preparation
• Previous experience with school catering (desirable)
• Food Safety Supervisor (desirable)
