Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance and Works Services Supervisor to join our South West Housing Team. In this integral role you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are managed to a safe, successful and profitable conclusion and to the customer's satisfaction.
Nature of position: Full Time
Location: South West (Based in Busselton/Bunbury)
Reporting line: Branch Manager

To be successful in this role, you will have supervisor experience on major industrial or commercial sites, and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Building Trades experience (desirable)
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- A driver's license
