Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various carpentry tasks including doors, windows, cabinets, and more.
- Install second fi items onsite.
- Install site signage and maintain site cleanliness.
- Uphold safety protocols and standards while executing carpentry tasks.
- Managing practical completion lists.
- Liasing with clients and trades
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively to anticipate maintenance needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
