Maintenance Coordinator (Qld)

This casual role (approx. 20hrs per week) will see you support our maintenance team to address any property concerns and coordinate contractor support as required. 

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinating repairs, cleaning, maintenance and renovations.
• Assist with general maintenance of houses and yards including general yard maintenance and rubbish and green waste removal.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining equipment and internal systems, such as heating and air conditioning systems, alarms and security cameras.
• Responding to urgent maintenance calls and contributing to emergency preparedness plans.
• Managing equipment and supply needs including furniture, kitchen appliances, office equipment.
• Liaising with contractors, landlords and service delivery.
• Updating maintenance record systems.
