ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Caretaking team and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations across all Mosaic buildings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee project work, general maintenance, defect resolution, and additional body corporate tasks.
- Handle all correspondence via the admin inbox and office mobile.
- Requesting quotes from contractors.
- Providing necessary information to the Body Corporate Committee for approval.
- Scheduling approved maintenance works.
- Coordinating access and arranging quality assurance checks on completed tasks.
- Contractor Management: Maintain and update contractor details regularly, ensuring all licences and insurances on file are current and valid.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Can work proactively and collaboratively in a high paced and demanding environment.
- Can operate with initiative.
- Is an effective communicator who enjoys working as a part of a collaborative team
- Experience with Body Corporates and proficiency in the MYOB software system will be advantageous.
