AddressCoplex is an iCIRT rated developer and builder based in Parramatta. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic, hands on and proactive handyman who is a jack of all trades to attend to maintenance and defect items across our projects.
You will be required to book in times with building occupants and travel to various sites to attend to minor items such as painting, patching, replacing tap washers, WC cistern, grouting and minor tile replacements etc.
If you are organized, have high attention to detail and are a great communicator you will thrive in this role and our collaborative environment. Time management and ability to work autonomously will be critical for this role.
Trade qualification in carpentry, painting, plumbing is preferred.
