AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced carpenter/ all rounder to join our team to work in and around Sydney.
We service a number of large commercial businesses and Councils in Sydney, South and Western Sydney across mulitple sites. Our Building Services team delivers minor maintenance and small projects works. Team members will often work in different locations each day on a large variety of problems covering all aspects of the building trade.
This is great role for an out-going, positive and flexible individual who is comforable both working alone or in a team to work in the Sydney and surrounding suburbs.

Reporting to our Building Works Manager, you will be part of team of carpenters/ gyrockers/ welders/ handyman responsible for supporting a range of high profile commercial clients and local Councils.
- Undertake all aspects of the building trade
- General repairs and maintenance throughout a broad range of areas within the building
- Collate information for quotes, schedule and assist other tradespeople with required jobs when necessary
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Monitor the WHSE management system including safe work method statements to ensure hazards are identified, assessed and controlled
Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in commercial maintenance with great problem solving skills:
- Trade Certificate in Carpentry or Building and Construction
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (Under 11m) desirable
- Strong, effective communication skills (written & verbal)
- Exceptional organisational, communication, time management and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License
