Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote, attend to and supervise the proper care of the building operations, systems, installations, facilities and finishes.
- Instruct service contractors, supervise their attendance and monitor their performance at the building and ensure that remedial action is implemented without delay.
- Building Services Schedule and timing
- ESM Compliance
- Minor Capital Works carried out to Budget and Reported.
- Compliance Reports
- Insurance Risk Responses
- Monthly Operations Report by property
- Preventative Maintenance Schedules are developed
- Liaise with the WH&S team to ensure compliance
- Ensure KPIs are achieved
- Potential Temp to Perm, WFH & Site
- Initial 2-3 month contract
