Maintenance Electrician - Afternoon Shift

About the role

Afternoon Shift role, based at Carole Park. You will work with PLC controlled systems, a variety of packing plant and some of the latest servo-controlled Corrugating and Converting machines.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Completing scheduled proactive maintenance across all plant and machinery on site. 
• Reacting to machine breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum. 
• Troubleshooting in Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 Simatic Manager and Allen Bradley RS Logix 500 programs. 
• Troubleshooting and repairs to electrical equipment including, variable frequency AC and DC drives, PLC and relay control systems, printed circuit boards, and all other equipment in the cardboard Corrugating and Converting process. 
• Updating and maintaining records via MEX maintenance portal.  
• Contributing to a safe working environment for yourself and the team. 
• Miscellaneous duties as required. 

What you will bring to the team:  

• Hold an Electrical Fitter Mechanic license. 
• Manufacturing industry, industrial maintenance experience. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or as a part of a team.
