Your new company
Their manufacturing facilities in NSW are state of the art and produce a high volume of consumer goods to the market. This is an exciting time at the company with increased production rates and the installation of new lines. There is a requirement for a Maintenance Fitter and a Maintenance Electrician.
Your new role
Ongoing maintenance of machinery, equipment and services, to assist in meeting or exceeding site objectives (Production, Quality, Spoilage).
Actively pursuing mechanical and electrical maintenance improvements to achieve production targets and improve plant uptime.
Permanent role
12-hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to pull on prior mechanical or electrical maintenance experience from within a manufacturing industry; ideally, this will have come from a FMCG manufacturing environment and have experience working on high speed continuous production lines. In addition, you will need:Mechanical/Electrician trade qualifications
NSW Electrical Licence (for Maintenance Electrician vacancy)
Manufacturing maintenance experience
Autonomous worker who can organise their own workload
Ability to look for process improvements on production lines
Logical fault-finder and solution orientated mindset
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
