Maintenance Fitter/ Supervisor

Screenmasters Australia (SMA) are authorised dealers for some of the World’s largest manufacturers of Mobile and Fixed Crushing & Screening Equipment. SMA provides Sales, Hire and related Services to the Quarrying, Mining and Dry Bulk Handling sectors. We have an immediate requirement for a Maintenance Fitter Supervisor to join our experienced team based at our Wetherill Park, Sydney Depot.

In your role as MAINTENANCE FITTER/SUPEVISOR, primarily you will be responsible for service, maintenance, repair, and technical fault finding in the field and at various SMA facilities, working on Mobile and Fixed Crushing, Screening & Conveying equipment, and supervision of a small team of Fitters.

The successful applicant will be required to meet the following criteria:

• Trade qualified
• Experience working on and carrying out services/repairs on heavy vehicles or crushing and screening equipment, preferred.
• Auto electrical experience or ability to read and understand electrical & hydraulic schematics, would be highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fault find offsite issues for customers.
• Strong leadership experience will be highly regarded.
• Have excellent computer literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Current driver’s license and white card (essential)
• Work in a team environment
