Programmed’s Facility Management department is currently seeking a MaintenanceHandyperson to join our ServiceCo team working across Melbourne. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides preventative and general maintenance to a variety of facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of preventative & general maintenance through find and fix inspections.
Nature of position: Full-Time
Location: Melbourne
Reporting line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct any general trade work and preventative maintenance around the facility.
- Assist with any minor repairs such as painting, minor plastering & door hanging.
- Use of hand tools, machines, or power saws as required.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe environment.
About You
To join our team, ideally you will have previous experience within the maintenance industry with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have.
- Current driver’s license & white card
- Working with Childrens check
- Ability to use Smartphones and Ipads
- Demonstrate a professional approach and patience within an aged care facility and Childcare facilities
- Ability to work in High-security areas including Melbourne Airport and Water Corporation facilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Execute work that is of a high standard
