The Opportunity
The purpose of the Maintenance Lead role is to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and ensure a culture of striving for excellence is achieved through a consistent application of the appropriate systems and tools. This role is key to the achievement of the objectives on the Shepperton Operations Strategy and meeting the goals across the balanced scorecard.
The Position will work closely in the implementation of the operational excellence program to ensure a consistent and standard OPEX framework is applied to drive continuous improvements aligned with operational strategy and aspirations.
- PM systems owner for their dedicated lines
- Responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses
- Provide deep technical knowledge to support standards creation for loss elimination
- Coaches operating teams in technical aspects of equipment, to deliver overall line results supporting the Shepperton Operations Strategy and meeting the goals across the balanced scorecard.
- Accountable for the results of the line including safety quality, reliability, schedule attainment, productivity & costs
- Developing 24-hour action plans, setting priority of the team, and allocating resources to support the plan
- Eliminating losses and root cause problem solving
- Building capability of the line teams & enabling self-sufficient teams

- Extensive experience in FMCG related, Management, Quality or Engineering roles
