Overview
The Maintenance Lead is a pivotal site-based role for FMC to lead performance and drive continuous improvements in meeting maintenance department objectives and targets with both long- and short-term plans.
The role is responsible and accountable for planning and control of maintenance OPEX budget, including capital expenditures, Supervising and developing the onsite Maintenance Team to meet results through cooperation and collaboration and required to review preventative maintenance program for continuous improvement in reliability, costs and equipment uptime for FMC's Wyong site.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this position, you will be a strong leader and team player with a continuous improvement mindset, be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and hold a high standard for safety.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in maintaining manufacturing plant with focus on reliability aspects.
- Strong team leadership, people development and coaching direct team members to improve team performance and effectiveness.
- Experience in SAP PM module or similar.
