About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for Leading Hands to join the Maintenance team at our Tarrawonga site. We have an ultra-class fleet of mining equipment including CAT and Hitachi machinery. Join a supportive environment with ample growth opportunities!
Tarrawonga Mine is situated 40 minutes from the vibrant rural town of Gunnedah NSW, known for its agricultural prominence and strong sense of community and cultural heritage.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in leading the maintenance crew, providing guidance and proactive leadership skills.
• Complete planned, unplanned, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure that all incidents, accidents and hazards are reported and are followed up correctly to minimise and manage risk.
• Inspect equipment and raise job requests on any defective parts/components found.
• Step up to supervise during planned shutdowns.
What You’ll Bring
• Hold a Certificate III in Mechanical, Auto Electrical, Electrical or Heavy Fabrication (Trade Certificate)
• Demonstrated experience with heavy equipment
• Able to communicate effectively with experience leading a team

• Willingness to relocate to the Gunnedah region (assistance provided)
