In Australia & New Zealand, we operate in multiple products including cocoa, dairy, and almonds.The Maintenance Leading Hand vacancy located at our Menegazzo Orchard in the Kenley region, VIC 3597, offers suitably qualified internal & external candidates an outstanding opportunity for career progression.The purpose of this role is to support the Maintenance Controllers in their overall business objectives by; undertaking maintenance and repairs on all orchard equipment (including harvest) and machinery as directed by the Maintenance Controller.Key Accountabilities of the role:

• Machinery Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance requirements on orchard machinery and assist the Maintenance Controllers by planning, monitoring and management of key deliverables.
• Lean & 5S: Ensure the business principles of LEAN & 5S are implemented in all aspects of the position to provide continuous improvement to your role and ofi Orchards R&M programs and operations
• Machinery Operation: Operate machinery when required to assist with orchard activities and operate machinery for testing purposes
