City of Palmerston is the Northern Territory’s youngest city and is located 20 kilometres south-east of the Northern Territory’s capital Darwin. It has a population of approx. 40,000 and is currently undergoing a significant period of infrastructure growth and development.

About the Role
This role assists with the delivery of the Community Plan through completion of:
- Open space maintenance
- Weed and vegetation management
- Plant and vehicle operation
- Civil infrastructure maintenance
About you
- Minimum two years practical experience working in minor infrastructure, irrigation and/or landscaping field.
- Possess a passion for working in the natural environment, positively contributing to the presentation of our outdoor community spaces and be a team player demonstrating a professional, friendly and positive disposition.
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and experience in safe work practices
- Be physically fit and able to perform the manual labour aspects of the role and lift at least 20kgs
