About the role
As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for a range of both preventative and corrective maintenance duties right across the residence including equipment and plant monitoring, grounds upkeep, and accurate, timely reporting.
A day in the life of a Maintenance Officer may see you:
Maintaining plant, equipment, building and services.
Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliance with appropriate safety best practice.
Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner.
Identify preventative maintenance requirements; complete the works and documentation of schedules.
Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and are documented in the relevant registers
What we look for:
General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
Excellent customer service manner.
Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
