Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to provide the efficient and effective facility services based in Clare.
In this role, you will perform a wide range of new, minor and preventative maintenance work and facilities service. You will be required to assist in providing the ongoing maintenance programme for all plant and equipment, according to the Health Services Maintenance, Security, Electrical and fire policy requirements and ensure installation and maintenance of equipment complies with appropriate standards, legislation and regulations.

Eligibility
Applicants will be required to have significant experience in a broad range of maintenance activities/repairs, including building, grounds and equipment maintenance, a high level of computer literacy and administrative skills and sound knowledge of standards and legislative requirements.
