About the company:
Our client is expanding with a hazardous waste and oily water resource recovery and treatment facility in Wacol, Brisbane QLD. The new facility offers various waste management services, including oily water treatment, flammable liquid recovery, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, and more.
About the role:
Looking for a maintenance all-rounder and technician, where the successful candidate would be responsible for on-site maintenance, encompassing activities like changing lightbulbs and office installations. Proficiency in the use of both hand and power tools, including welding for experienced individuals, as well as painting, is required. Additionally, the position involves pump maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Major responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on all aspects of the business including on-site and office spaces.
• Maintain and repair pumps on-site.
• Perform trade tasks like welding or painting (if required)

To be successful you will have:

• Current LF License (highly advantageous)
• Perform manual handling up to lift 25kg
• Ability to work in dirty environments. (required)
