Position: Maintenance Planner (ANZSCO 312911)

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year (Fulltime)

Location: Unit 20, 3 Apollo Street Warriewood, NSW, 2102

Cooper Tree Farms was found under the vision of creating good food for every Aussie. Our farm facility is locating in New South Wales and looking for an enthusiasm and energetic team member for the position. The successful candidate should perform:

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Develops maintenance planning strategies, and schedules, coordinates and monitors the maintenance of all plant equipment.

·         Identifying reliability issues and working to implement solutions for our plant facilities

·         Assisting with the development and maintenance of engineering standards for our facilities

·         Maintaining a safe system of work in the workplace by complying fully with standards and policies

·         Developing and implementing effective preventative maintenance and reliability system to maximise our plant efficiencies.

·         Planning and carrying out of routine maintenance and servicing on the entire butter manufacturing plant (continuous butter manufacturing machine, butter packing machines, carton packing machines, data coders, etc.) And any secondary associated plants (butter milk, etc.)

·         Carrying out of unplanned maintenance and ongoing adjustments to ensure continuous operation of the butter manufacturing plant and any secondary associated plants.

·         Ensuring that the butter and any secondary products are manufactured to meet all the necessary food safety and regulations standards.

·         Selection of machines and their layout in the factory to achieve a high level of automation of the entire factory.

Qualification and Experience:

·         Related Qualification

·         At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position

·         Good Communication skills

·         Can work in a team or individually
