Starting in 2021 S&W Asset Management was established to combine the skills, expertise, and connections of our Directors, with the objective of providing professional project management services across the across mining, ports, and infrastructure industries.

The S&W team specialises in providing a turnkey service for project management, which can be tailored to our clients needs, whether it be basic support or a comprehensive team to take their project from planning, procurement, execution, delivery, and handover.

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Planners to join our team on various contracts supporting our clientele across the sugar and mining industries where you will be responsible for;

• Developing and maintaining plant and equipment schedules in a timely, usable manner, reviewing and reporting on actual work completed with recommendations for appropriate corrective action;
• Actively participate in continual improvements in planning, scheduling, data management and job reporting systems;
• Identifying opportunities to further enhance and improve the overall performance of the planning workflow and material management;
• Monitoring the progress of planned maintenance activities and proactively adjust work schedules accordingly.

Skills and Experience
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the same or similar role, Maintenance Management or Planning positions;
• Experience using SAP or similar CMMS Management Systems;
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategy, process and problem solving pr
• Confidence and Competence collaborating with leadership & management to ensure safety, production and compliance outcomes are met;
• Demonstrated experience with large mining mobile as well as fixed plant and equipment;
• Mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree with proven experience in heavy equipment and or fixed plant maintenance
