Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Plant maintenance (Electrical aspects) execution and organisation
- Managing the maintenance for all Electrical and Power Station work
- Safety and Hazardous area work management
- Managing 5 direct reports and oversight of their teams
- Budget management
- Information management
- Work project management
- Implementation of strict processes and standards
- Compliance with all relevant technical standards
- Controlling plant shutdowns – planning and execution
- Relevant Trade Electrical qualifications including PTCEW, backed by several years of operations and site work experience
- Experience with ammonia or a similar chemical/mineral processing plant
- Hazardous area expertise
- Proven team manager
- Experience with shutdowns and turnarounds
- Full Australian work rights and residency.
- Computer literate – Excel and SAP ideally
