We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisors - Mobile Plant. An opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts “People First” In this role you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the effectiveness of how MACA delivers services to our valued clients on an established project where MACA has been mining for over a decade, 8+6 FIFO from Perth.
FIFO from Perth to site in the eastern goldfields WA on as 8/6 roster, this role supports a large site with varied pieces of equipment and a large workforce, so you have room to progress your career over time.

Specific to this role you will:
Be experienced at leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
Have extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet
Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
Hold a current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets
Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
