Due to our ongoing success and growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our newly appointed Rio Tinto Civil Earthworks Project based out at West Angelas.
To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Supervisor you must possess the following as a minimum:
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Tickets; white card, section 44 (essential)
- Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civil or Mining FIFO sectors
- Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
- Strong financial understanding and acumen
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing, leading, and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of fleet to limit down time
- Continually streamlining mobile plant maintenance activities
- Implementing best maintenance practice and procedures
- Developing and providing reports to Project Management
- Maintaining a high level of safety standards
