The Ascott Limited is a leading global hospitality company renowned for its luxurious serviced residences. With a strong presence in Australia, we are seeking a talented Maintenance Supervisor for our Citadines on Bourke Melbourne property to join our team and drive revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to Ascott International’s standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and implement quality audit systems.
- Collaborate with management on maintenance issues and standards.
- Monitor utility usage and manage energy efficiency.
- Review and improve operating procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budget and obtain quotes for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure the safety and security of workstations, pool, and gym areas.
- Oversee firefighting installations and safety equipment.
- Attend to emergency breakdowns and assist other properties when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
What are we looking for:
- Proven experience in property maintenance and supervision.
