We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for this busy property located in the Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
The successful applicant must have previous experience, be hands on and be able to work in hot conditions. You will have previous experience with preventative and general maintenance, as well as general carpentry and basic plumbing skills.
The group owns several properties in town and are a fantastic employer to work for.
As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.
Immediate Start
Package:
$70,000 salary

Able to work long days with early starts
Duties Include:
- General planning of resort’s maintenance program
- Undertaking preventative maintenance planning
- General maintenance work including repairs to motel rooms, caravan park and common areas
- General carpentry and basic plumbing duties
- Heavy Lifting
- General porterage work
- Unloading of stock
- Servicing of vehicles
- Staff rosters, supervision & training
- Working with management staff to ensure the smooth running of the property
- Other duties as required

- Access via sealed roads or bus
- Telstra Mobile Coverage Available
- Staff Accommodation is located on site with staff laundry facilities
- Staff have full use of onsite swimming pool
